We always hope that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you're dissatisfied in any way, we do offer a 30 day return period.
Item(s) must be sent back in their original and unused conditions, in their original boxes and packaging, with their original tags attached.
Please kindly include a note with your details and order details, or you could use our Return Form and include this in the return parcel.
Once we have received the item(s), we will process the return and refund you back onto the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for your funds to appear in your funds.

HOW TO START YOUR FREE RETURN
Go to Evri.com and
type‘Lee Cooper Workwear’into the search box at the top
Enter your order number (it's printed on your delivery note), your email address and select a return reason. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Continue'.
Choose how you want to return your order: via a courier collection, or a ParcelShop or locker drop off.
For ParcelShop drop off, you can use the QR code provided to print your label in the shop, or click to download and print it at home. Then take your return package to your nearest ParcelShop to complete the return (there's a search box to help find it).
For locker drop off, click to download and print your return label at home and attach it to your return package. Then take it to your nearest locker location (there's a search box to help find it).
For courier collections, enter your contact details and choose a pick up address and date from the ones offered. Collection is between 08:00 and 20:00.
Pack your item(s) in your return parcel, and kindly ensure you include a return form which you can download here, or alternatively include a note with your order details.
Drop off your parcel at your near-by Parcel Shop or locker drop off.
Or if you've opted for a collection, once your collection date is confirmed you'll receive an email with the details. Make sure to print your return label and attach it to your parcel before the collection is due.
You can track your return at Evri.com. You'll need to enter the reference number given to you at the ParcelShop, locker, or by the collection driver.
Once we've received your return, we'll send you an email to let you know and then process any refunds within 5 working days.
Please hold onto your email receipt/reference number. If your return gets lost on its way to us, we'll need this to complete the refund/exchange. To return items from multiple orders you’ll need to create individual returns for each and send them back in separately.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
